Our recommendation is to only allow use of RC Furnace by adults, people aged 18 and over. If you are concerned that your child is nutrient deficient, we recommend talking to a pediatrician about dietary supplements to support their overall health and nutritional needs.

To keep RC Furnace veggie caps fresh, we recommend keeping them in the original RC Furnace container, with the cap screwed on tightly, out of direct sunlightand in a cool, dry place.

No. There are no artificial sweeteners in RC Furnace.

One RC Furnace veggie-cap contains 50mg of caffeine. This equates to around half the amount of caffeine in an 8oz cup of premium coffee. As an FYI, for healthy adults, the FDA has cited 400mgof caffeine per dayas an amount not generally associated with negative effects.

For best results, we recommend starting with just one veggie-cap of RC Furnace per day, taken 30-minutes prior to your workout with water. You can build up the number of veggie-caps taken prior to your workout over time, but we recommend not exceeding four in one day. In all cases, we recommend consulting with your primary care physician, prior to making any changes to your diet or exercise routine.
